🏴 Flag as inappropriateFantastic Yoga Studio with two convenient locations and many class options and times! I am just hooked on the deep stretch classes which are amazingly relaxing and rejuvenating. The Himalayan salt walls are such a great touch and health benefit! Unheated slow flow yoga classes were recently added at the Streetsville location and I think this is great!! Thank you Klema ! I must also mention Amy at the Milton location who is just an amazing instructor. She leads the Deep Stretch class through thoughtful sequences delivering them very clearly in a calm, paced and soothing manner. I also truly appreciate the absence of mantra type music. As someone with misphonia this means everything!
