(May 26, 2018, 8:40 pm)Nice location at Mississauga Valley and nearby Metro, Mississauga Library & recreation center. Very old building but doesn't have any maintenance issues. The heat is okay but the air cooler or conditioner unit (only one in the living room) is pathetic - it doesn't cool at all. The underground parking is okay and neighborhood is favorable to kids. They clean the common areas and try to keep things clean. This is managed by Morguard but the staffs (some not all) are sometimes rude.
