A really great experience. Will was incredibly helpful as I navigated my first ever vinyl order, and the record looks and sounds fantastic. Their pricing is more than reasonable, particularly for the quality of the product, and I was really impressed that they were able to honour the original turnaround timeframe considering the worldwide issues with vinyl pressing right now. I highly recommend working with Train; I definitely will again.

Easy ordering interface; clear options; good pricing; and the delivered CDs were high quality, on time, and exactly as I expected. Most importantly, GREAT customer service. My sales rep was named Will. He was so many things: prompt in responding to messages; easy to deal with; clear, accurate, and informative regarding pricing, options, timelines, and the "rules of the road"; and above all patient in helping me work through a few rookie errors.
