Was looking to learn about and purchase a folding bike. The person helping me (didn't catch his name) informed me they didn't have the inventory at this time due to covid but still spent his time to educate me on what to look for and the reputable brands. Great customer service and wish they had the inventory to give them my business.

I cant thank you guys enough for all of your recent help and encouragement. As a newbie to Cycling, it is a relief that i can depend on such experienced members of the cycling community to flatten my learning curve by months, without being worried about being taken advantage of. Thanks for helping me gear up and for being so honest and dependable!! oh, and for my kids stuff too ;)

simply the best bike shop I have found in years of riding. Quality of work , competitive pricing. They treat your bike likes its their own. I am more than picky about my bike and he crossed all the boxes on perfection. My bike was rattle free, shifted perfectly. I couldnt find one thing wrong about it. I cant see going anywhere from Hamilton to Toronto . The best

I was out for a ride and I noticed my bottom bracket was loose. I didn't live in the neighborhood. And couldn't leave the bike. He made the time to help me out...wouldn't hesitate to bring my bike in for service.
