Wynn Fitness Meadowvale

I love working out at Wynn Fitness Meadowvale. The equipment is brand new and in excellent working order. The staff is friendly and glad to see you. I have spent the last few months working out once a week with Melissa who is an excellent personal trainer. Melissa has lots of energy, an extremely positive attitude and lots of new suggestions to reinvigorate my workouts and keep me coming back for more!

For the first time in my life I have taken the responsibility In joining a gym and have chosen Wynn Fitness Meadowvale. After my back surgery a year ago I thought it was time to really focus on strenghtening myself . I have also spent some time with my exquisite and incredible Personal Trainer Melissa whom is truly the most incredible woman I have ever met. Her dedication, her patience and her knowledge absolutely validates how incredibly fortunate Wynn is to have her. I'm going to continue to dedicate myself to this journey and I know it's all possible with Melissa. She's seriously beyond incredible

I have been with the Gym for a about 3 months and I have to confess I was hesitant to join because of some misunderstanding. However after I started working with Melissa things have improved and I always look forward to training with her. I am enjoying my 3 times a week gym visits. I am usually there in the mornings before work. Melissa is very encouraging and I am seeing the results. The issue I have with the gym is with the virtual workouts. They seem to be tailored towards experienced participants. I got some blood work done today and can not wait for my results. Gym is great; keep up the good work

July 2019 Update - My fitness coach Melissa helped me reach and exceed my goals! After a basketball injury (runners knee) she gave me specific workouts which helped with my injury recovery. Her knowledge about mobility and increasing range of motion is exceptional! I’d highly recommend her!

Great club! Friendly staff! Upgraded equipment! Nice indoor court and can't wait for reno to be completed! Hopefully they add an espresso machine upstairs!
Nonetheless, a great gym and fantastic membership experience so far. 5-stars!!!

This is the first time I have found a gym I can stick with. I have been with them since phase one and have lost over 35 lbs and gained a ton of strength with my most fabulous trainer Jonathan. Both the staff and member community cheer everyone on and celebrate achievements which makes the atmosphere so amazingly motivating. This is a great place to make a life change.

(As an aside, I also personally love that there are no small children running around the place, which was my biggest issue with community centre programs). It’s nice to have an all adult oasis to train at. The finish level of the locker rooms is spa-like and they are always beautifully clean!)
