I'll start by saying that Jay and Team were awesome, professional, and I would work with them again in a heartbeat (and recommend them to others)!

Jay visited our property multiple times to facilitate the quote process, and worked around our busy schedules.

He immediately set the tone as a knowledgeable, yet practical and reasonable contractor. It became very clear that he was an individual you could trust.

That trust factor was called upon and proven true during our job when the complications arose. Jay took care of us and rectified the issues immediately without any questions or hassle.

Kudos to Jay and Team for building our fence. While we don't want to put another one up for a long time, we look forward to working with their crew in the springtime for landscaping work.

Green Side Up recently tore down our old fence and replaced it with a new one. They were very responsive during the planning stage of this project and when it came time to do the work, they were professional, did a great job on the construction of our new fence and left our property clean and in good shape. We recently moved and loved everything about the new house-- except the backyard. It had been neglected for years and was just a mess. We called Jay and he quickly came out to take a look, walked us through our options and provided a thorough quote. Jay is personable, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Despite the poor start to the season this year (ice storm!) his team managed to complete a full backyard reno--large deck, fence, and sod/landscaping-- within the very specific time frame we were working with.
Zach did an amazing job creating our dream backyard! Neighbours have been complimenting us on the craftsmanship of our new fence and deck. The quality of everything he did far surpassed our expectations. He also took the time to walk us through many aspects of the project, gave great advice and gave us an opportunity to change things/make decisions along the way.

I was utterly impressed with the entire process from the initial consultation meeting with the Customer Care Advocate Grant, to receiving an on the mark respectable fair quote, to getting the opportunity to speak with the owner Jay whenever I needed, to receiving timely online updates as to the status of the project work timeline and informing me of what the expected next steps were to be, to meeting the fence crew Daniel and Corby who were absolute rock stars, to watching the crew work diligently and with genuine care, to the final installation was in my mind a cut above. The worksite was left supremely clean and my backyard was immediately fully functional and ready to be once again enjoyed.

This company did exceptional work on my home! Jay, the companies owner, is a genuine, honest business owner with integrity and compassion. The project, unfortunately, was a rescue from a not so ethical company and owner. Saving this project and providing an excellent experience​​​ from start to finish; giving considerable attention to what we wanted and expected in the job, but maintaining a project timeline within the original scope agreed. Jordan and team were professional and considerate and worked at a pace rarely ​seen these days in the construction industry. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for landscaping and or maintenance requirements.
