(February 23, 2019, 8:19 pm)The staff here are way more friendly, courteous and receptive than my home branch on Dunlop Street in Barrie. The employees are smiling and happy here. Perhaps head office should make a trip to the Dunlop Street location and try to teach them what a customer should be treated like? Or maybe even shut that location down?

Service is fast and efficient, and they make you feel like a honored guest. Great atmosphere and the main reason why we picked this branch over several other, larger banks around within a few minutes driving.
