I've had nothing but an amazing experience with this branch. Giuseppe Zambito has been incredible. I've had experiences with other reps from scotia who seem to "do their job", but Giuseppe goes above and beyond for his clients. He really knows all of scotia's products and uses them to allow you to be as financially sound as possible. In all honesty if I had an advisor like this from a young age I believe I would be in a much better financial situation.

The tellers are great, the advisors for the most part are good but the automated phone system is beyond frustrating, the menu is long, you get out on hold forever , if I thought other banks would be different I’d pull my accounts but I’m afraid the new normal is we will take your money, charge you to take it out and give you bad service

One of the best staff ever. All employees are very professional and friendly. Happy to get service.
