Wow.... I hadn't been to Vic's since Vic ran the store. I took in my new shoes that I had damaged the toe against concrete. I was very disappointed in myself for doing this. I thought that I would bring them in to see if something could be done to repair them. I was told that it would be ready in 5 or 6 days and that he would try his best but the leather was damaged. He called the next day to say that my beautiful shoes were ready. When I picked them up, I couldn't believe the great job he had done. Totally satisfied with the professionalism, service and price. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for a future repair.
