Zenetec Collision Repair Aurora

A few weeks ago my Benz was rear-ended and my Insurance Company CAA recommended Zenetec Collision Centre in Aurora for the repairs. The Customer Care, Courtesy and professionalism delivered by Zenetec Aurora was of an extremely high standard and deserves a 5 star rating. I would gladly give 10 stars with a Big Thank You to Sam and Amanda for their Customer Service and follow up. The work performed on my vehicle was to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Zenetec for any body work and repairs you may need.

Zenetec did a fantastic job on our Alfa Romeo…had to replace a rear quarter panel which is a major service…looks like new now!

Just before Christmas 2022 my son was driving and was side swiped. After showing/speaking with insurance it was deemed a write off. I had to say goodbye to Ruby Red. Zenetec collision in Aurora really helped me out. Kept me in the loop of what was happening at every stage. They let me know when my vehicle arrived at their facility. Even let me come by just before they closed so I could empty my vehicle. (Yea, I was that just before they close customer.. Sorry Zenetec and thanks).

All in all I'm completely satisfied and felt very safe in their hands. I've already recommended them to my friends.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Was recommended to service my Tesla at this certified location and they did a great job from the initial estimate all the way to the final pickup. Sam was excellent to deal with and kept me up to date throughout the entire process.

Had to paint a new body part and Zenetec did an amazing job. Managed to book an appointment on the next business day and took care of everything, including taking off the part and finding the right paint color. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service!
Today I went to several body shop stores including Zenetec to get an estimate for repairing my front bumper.
The two staff whom I met very super nice and helpful. A young gentleman who was already busy in the service shop approached me and let me know that someone will be with me shortly.
Later Sam looked at my car. Out of all the people I met today he was the most honest and helpful individual. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He even fix a part that was hanging and put it back in place. I am glad to leave this review for them and will definitely go to them again.
