A positive shout out to a nice man named “Roger” from Northern Appliance repair service. He came out to do a service call for my dryer and he was thorough, he explained my problem and he was very courteous. I would recommend Northern Appliance for any appliance repair. They charge $90. For the service call but it goes toward you labour bill if they fix it.

I was a bit worried about the no return policy on special order and electrical parts, but the part I ordered fit perfect and was available for pick up next day. Will definatlly return for my next repair needs.

They got the job done. But I was charged $90 service fee and labour plus parts. I'm not sure why I was charged service and labour. Aren't they the same thing? Ended up paying 225 to fix my dishwasher. Half the cost of my dishwasher! Lol

I highly recommend Northern Appliance- we've been using them for over 15 years. The friendly team provide great customer service in every sense of the phrase. Mario is very knowledgeable, honest, helpful and is always prompt and ready to resolve your issue before he walks in the door. I wouldn't call any other company!

This is the second time we’ve called Northern Appliance for help. First time was for the dryer, this time for the dishwasher. Both times they responded promptly. The repair man - Mario - was excellent. Great work at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
