Gaelle is so sweet, and the atmosphere is cozy. I went for the body contouring and it’s great for engaging your muscles. My abdominal muscles have gotten weak postpartum so it helps. I must note that this does not help lose fat but helps boost the process with adequate nutrition and exercise! Great if you have a lot of water weight or bloating too.

I loved my sessions with Body Lifted. I already seen amazing transformations with my body, after a few of my sessions. Gaëlle is absolutely amazing to work with, she is very professional, an expert in her work, and made me feel completely comfortable during each of my sessions. Marie is a wonderful person to deal with. She explains what procedure is to be done on you in great details. She makes sure you’re comfortable with the treatment she’s performing on you prior to starting. Her energy and vibe cannot be matched. Very friendly person to deal with. I did my first vacuum therapy with her and jawline contouring and can definitely see changes to the belly and a more defined jawline. ONE TREATMENT ONLY !! Definitely seeing her more for other body contouring :)
