I was also helped by a sales rep who helped me quickly find the item I needed and they knew a lot about the product. Sure beats Best Buy when it comes to great customer service! -

Pro: The prices and selection of this store are great. No question about that. You can do some research and check for yourself, which leads to the Con.
Con: YOU MUST DO EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASES. There are almost no knowledgeable staffs to help you. Customer service is close to none. Workers there are just there to work, not to serve or satisfy customers' needs. Do not expect to depend them on anything.
Summary: Great price! Great Selection! Employees suck!
