Had some issues with the tellers
I was applying for credit card to
Travell , which will
Cover my travell insurance
I have been told that if I deposit 5,000
In to my account and leave it there , there is no annual fee for my credit card but they never told me that I
Have to deposit the money the same day , I opened my account
I deposited the money a few days latter
Few months later, I found out that since I deposited the few days latter they have been charging me and took money out of account
I called the Branch manager Chu and she rectified my problem and credited my account
Also the manage Devera took time to
Talk to me and was very helpful
End of the day , I am very pleased with the management staff. -
