Purchased a Monster SC60 from Euroflex Canada on Sept 18 2018.. It came recommended by a work colleague. Love it. The gentleman who served me was awesome. He took the time to demonstrate the steamer to me. He told me how and when to use the different attachments. He gave me tips on the different attachments. More importantly he made sure that I knew how to keep safe when using a steam cleaner. He explained to me why some people complain about water spitting out the end instead of steam. It is all about following the instructions and remembering that steam will condense to water if you leave it in the hose and don't use it. I had to ask about other accessories that I might need or want. He told me to use it as is for now and when I see how I use it then to come back and purchase the extras. Awesome sales person! Awesome experience! Definitely recommend going to Euroflex Canada! 5 stars all the way.
