The staff here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they explain in thorough detail of any questions I have about the food and the toys, something I’m very pleased about. I got a lot of pet foods for my two cats and a dog, they have everything I want!!! Very friendly staff, price is cheaper than the other Chinese pet store I usually went, 5 stars customer service for sure, recommend to everyone who has pets at home.

I drove by and was attracted by the stickers they put on the window, I decided to go inside. Their prices are so reasonable and the staff there was nice and patience, answered all my questions. Their pet toys and products are unique and cute, much better than pets mart. I definitely will come back again, strongly recommend this store.
