We have since worked everything out, which was clearly miss communication between us and the
Covid-19 pandemic

I have since received my item. It arrived in excellent shape, and I am confident in using this Auctioneer.

I am thankful that I did receive my item and that it was not put back up for auction, as a different auctioneer has done.

I gave Gary Hill Auctions one star so I could leave this message.

I warn anyone who buys items from Gary Hill Auctions not to buy from them, especially if you require shipping.

In early February 2020, before the Corvid-19 lockdown. I wanted to purchase an item from this auction site.
Before placing a bid a asked if they could ship the item to me. In which the messaged me that they did. So I made a bid and won the item. I didn't get a message saying that I won so I sent them a message asking.
They returned this email saying that they did. I messaged Gary Hill Auctions what the total price for the item and shipping was and they said they would call back with the total of shipping and the would be.

In all fairness there was a problem at first with the email, which was odd because they had responded to my first couple of messages. The other auction sites I have used have had no problem emailing me. I then gave him my phone number plus 2 other email addresses he could use.

I have left messages and phone calls to Gary Hill Auctions many times. Then about a month ago they called me. In the phone call to me they told me that they would get the cost of shipping and would let me the total cost item plus shipping at that time. I told them that I would pay for the item and then when they knew what shipping would be I would pay them for the shipping.

It is now May26, 2020 I have sent many emails and have left messages on their answering system.
I still have not heard back from Gary Hill Auctions. I will leave a message on some of the other auctions they have to try to get a message back.

I personally will tell everyone on my facebook and send messages on my contacts not to bid on anything from them. Will even say don't waste your time on even looking at their auctions because of all of this. I am a very patient person and I will continue sending them emails and leaving messages until I do get my item. If i do get my itemi will added to this what the outcome of this is.

Expensive, the average price is $150, mostly returns and rejected. Not worth to visit.
