Health for All Family Health Team

Never had an issue with any of the receptionists. All kind as long as you’re kind. I find a lot of people get the energy they give. I am used to waiting 4+ hours for my previous doctor (yes you read that right) and when he suddenly retired, I came here and I have never been disappointed. My doctor is amazing, I’ve seen a nurse practitioner for a pap and she was aaaahhhmazing! Never have to wait, in fact I’m shocked at how quick I am seen given what I’m used to. I’d wait for a good doctor though and just don’t care when it comes to health. As long as I’m happy with the knowledge and care I’ll wait hours! It took me 2 years to find this doctor and I’ve been with him for a few years now as have my parents. Yea you pay for parking but it’s your health and it’s the hospital. I travel from the west end as I moved and there have been times I’ve seen doctors around here and nothing compares. I love that all my stuff is faxed right away to my pharmacy, or to the hospital on the spot. Honestly, I cannot speak about the other doctors or residents (I did have 1, only once, and he was fantastic), or other nurses but for me it all positive!!! In fact what I don’t like is the fertility clinic upstairs or the other specialists in the building but not this office! I even had a great experience with the nutritionist on site!!!

The after hours walk in is great. You get fast service if you arrive early on a Saturday 9 am and 2pm and around 7pm during the weekday. The front desk for the walk in is nice and very prompt in giving you a room. For my family doctor, I appreciate that she calls me even at night to tell me about the results of my test.
