3rd visit to this location, and on each visit the location was understaffed. Waited for at least 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged.(standing in front of the reception desk) 1st visit was to purchase a pair of glasses, 2nd visit was for a repair. 3rd visit was again for the same concern with the same repair performed as on the 2nd visit. Unfortunately there was no management on site on the 3rd visit so I left my name and contact info for the manager to get back to me. My glasses are only 6 months old and I had to return twice for the identical concern. Furthermore I don't believe the repair to be permanent and most likely will have to return yet again. Thus the request for a call from the manager.
On a positive note, a lab technician on duty on my 3rd visit called "Mike" is a great asset to this location, helping the understaffed associates take care of the concerns of the customers and taking the time to speak with me and forward my information to the manager. I will update this review pending the outcome of my conversation with management.

I went to go pickup a pair of glasses today and I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes because there was only one woman working. Other customers were extremely frustrated as well with the wait time. The woman who was working was doing the best she could, but as the only one on staff with quite a number of customers waiting, she could not get to everyone fast enough. They need more staff.
