Mainly Mac

have been to Mainly Mac with several different issues. The service and experience were great. have already recommended them to several co-workers and friends.

Just look at all the 5 star reviews. What more can be said? Mainly Mac has looked after all the computers for my business over the past 7 years and I've never had a problem! They are caring, conscientious and extremely competent with Macs of all shapes and sizes. If you're lucky, you may get them to work on your Mac, too! They are quite simply, the BEST!

I have purchased both and MacBook and an iMAC as well as having service done at Mainly Mac. They have always been terrific. When selling they definitely do not try and “over” sell you and made sure we got exactly what we needed. The did a great job of setting up the new computers, transferring data, updating software etc. There service is great. Again only doing what is required , quickly.

Definitely much better service than the big box stores or the Apple store and will work on the price also. Highly recommended.

My computer and external backup both died within a day of each other. I thought I had lost all my business info as well as all my pictures and other personal info. Jane immediately reassured me that my drive might still be intact. She told me of different options available to me. A day later I have my drive in a new box that can be connected to another mac. The service was great. I would recommend them to everyone. The cost was also very reasonable.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mainly Mac and I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The staff are attentive, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The team at Mainly Mac will look out for your best interests because they are interested in a long-term relationship with you rather than a quick sale and they believe in personal, VIP customer service - the way it used to be. I had taken my computer to an authorized Apple retailer in downtown Toronto. They told me it would take 2-3 business days for them to even look at my computer; after that time passed, it was I who had to keep following up with them to find out what was going on. I felt like another number and that they didn't care about me! They wanted to charge me $100 just to "rush" me to the front o the line as I was desperate to have my computer back for work. In the end, it took a week for me to get my computer back and they scared me into thinking my old machine could die at any moment and that I had to buy a new one. I almost did buy a new computer but before doing so, took my computer to Mainly Mac on a Monday morning and had it back that afternoon - and it's in fine shape. Phil actually talked me out of buying a new machine. It was well worth the drive up from Toronto. This is my place for all things Mac now, what a pleasure it is to do business with such a great outfit! Thank you, Mainly Mac!
