I purchased a Dewalt polisher, sales promotion, less than a month ago. Perfect boat polisher tool.
Works great but failed after 6 hours use. Tom met with me and 'Bang!'. Exchanged and back working on the boat.

Whether your looking for a common, new or unique part, I find if they don't have it which is rare, they completely make up for it in their customer service delivery and will get it in as soon as possible.

As far as customer service, they're always willing to go out of their way to help me find what I'm looking for but also suggest alternative options that might also work. Always a treat to visit the store to find something you'll need.
