I have worked with OMJ Mortgage Capital specifically Morteza Sadeghi (Morty) on a few occasions and have been more than impressed with every transaction. I don't typically write reviews on companies but I felt compelled in this case to do so. Morty has consistently under promised and over delivered by far... the service really was next level.!!!

I recently concluded a complex transaction with the support of Masoum, Omid and the OMJ Mortgage Capital team. Throughout the process Masoum and Omid always maintained a professional approach, ensuring that my company’s priorities remained at the forefront of all decisions being considered. Alternatives were proposed that yielded the required flexibility while maintaining, in parallel, the integrity of a viable financial solution.

Omid is very professional and always keeping the client a priority. He helped us to get our construction loan and was very supportive throughout the process. Definitely recommended!

I recently closed my mortgage with OMJ Mortgage Capital. I’ve been dealing with the banks directly since I first knew or heard about mortgages. The OMJ team worked to get me the best deal available. Unfortunately, my bank was not able to approve me to the mortgage amount I required. The OMJ Mortgage team helped place my mortgage with an A lender with better rate and service than my current bank which I’ve been dealing with for well over a decade. This experience has allowed me to understand why I should go to a mortgage broker instead of a bank. Moving forward all financing for my real estate transactions will be completed via OMJ Mortgage. Besides everything I mentioned, their friendly approach, experience and education on financing made a stressful financing situation into a positive experience.
