PACE Credit Union Markham

"Well beyond a bank" is saying it just right. I have had an account with this credit union for decades now. We won't say how many cause that might give you a clue to my age, but let's say, since I was a young, single woman. Never have they given me any reason to look elsewhere for the services they offer. I have always been met with friendly smiles each and every time I have gone in, and I have always come out with advice and service that stood me in good stead. I would recommend Pace Credit Union to anyone looking for a financial institution that would not only take care of their needs but also let that person feel they were helping to take care of the community, all at the same time, just by having an account there.

Kim ( manager ) Dawn ( manager ) Samantha, Drena who are all exceptionally knowledgeable, proficient, courteous, reliable and will always go the extra mile to ensure that I am provided with the best financial advice and that I truly comprehend and understand their advice and information. I live in Caledon which is 1.5 to 2.0 hours away from the Markham branch but still will go if and when necessary mainly because I am treated with the utmost respect and dignity, maybe because of my age ( 77 years of age ) in any event these employees deserve to receive Ontario medals of honor for the manner in which they treat the clients. best regards Peter Prasad.

I needed to deposit a cheque and was close to the Innisfil branch . I got to the location just before closing time and was impressed with the look of the branch. The branch was not busy so I was looked after promptly. Since this was my first visit to the branch, I was asked to show ID and the cheque was deposited into my account and I also got some spending money. It was a pleasnt experience overall.

Today I had the pleasure to join Pace CU and open an account at Markham branch. Gisella (the branch manager) was wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She greeted me with a smile and guided me through the process and meaning of being a member at Pace CU. For the first time since I’ve arrived to Canada with my family I’ve felt genuinely and sincerely welcomed and valued as I had never felt before with the big banks.
Also Anthony, a member service rep, was absolutely great and efficient! He made sure I had all my accounts opened, my debit card working properly and my online banking ready and set. He was very friendly, courteous, professional and took the time to explain to me everything I need to know for my daily banking.
My first experience with Pace CU at the Markham branch was absolutely amazing! I felt as if I’m meeting my friends or neighbors and not my “bankers”.
This is an opportunity for me to personally thank Gisella, Anthony and the Markham branch staff for a warm and an exceptional welcome! I strongly believe we are going to have a long, lasting and fruitful relationship.
