I came to buy a bike rack on a Sunday. There was a line up of people social distancing on the sidewalk. Even with the number of people waiting Mark was so helpful and knowledgeable. We have a large family, so we need to transport 5 bikes, and Mark was able to recommend the right product for us, and get it into the store in time for our trip. Andy then spent half an hour teaching me how to load it properly, ensuring it was safe and secure for our road trip. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!!! Thanks again!

The staffs are very nice and friendly. The store sell varieties of bikes there. We got our bikes there. They give honest advice to customers. They are also friendly to our kids too. You know some stores don't like kids hanging around. Moreover, they did a good work on repairing our bikes as well. We are very pleased to do business with them.
