Got our passport photos done here. Ahmed was so helpful, polite and even made sure we were happy with our photos, which is very rare - most times they take the photos and send you on your way. He gave us the opportunity to take a look at our photos. Also, he was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend coming to this location for any UPS needs/passport photos, etc.

They are conveniently located in Walmart, let my kids do their shopping while I dropped of my package for shipping. Their printing services are reasonably priced compared to other places, I paid 11% cheaper for my passport photos AND flyers. The gentlemen taking the passport photos was very patient, he kept taking photos until we got one that my teenage daughter liked and were also accepted by the passport office. Loved their friendly service, I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience at this UPS location. The owner, Ahmad, was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the results of our passport pictures. Very kind and extremely helpful. What an excellent service this place provides. I am deeply impressed by the level of professionalism and dedication the owner Iqbal showed when I visited the studio for taking a passport photo of my newborn.
Being a newborn, it was not an easy task to get him to sit upright to take a photo,as per the specifications for the passport.
My child slept off first when we visited the studio, and we tried really hard to wake him up. Iqbal was very patient with us, and we tried many ways to take a proper picture of the baby. He even changed the lighting layout of the area, making it comfortable for the baby to face the camera.
We spent almost 3 hours and managed to get a photo.
He assured that in case the picture was not accepted, he is more than happy to retake as many times until we get the right picture. My child really did give us a hard time being fuzzy and sleepy.
We had to come back the same day as the photo was not accepted. Again, we spent more than 2 hours and finally got the right picture! I am extremely thankful for their patience and commitment and highly recommend this place.

Been there a few times for their excellent service. Staff / Owner is very friendly and honest and I even saved some money on shipping cost thanks to their professional advise to customers. One of the best UPS stores that I have ever experienced. 👍🏻
