Thyme Maternity

Came to look for a baby shower gift and the employee was so friendly and sweet! It was my first time at a Thyme Maternity store and I will definitely be coming back. Excellent customer service

A bit expensive but good material and customer service

Since the very first time I walked into the markville store location, I have gotten great customer service. Especially by a lovely lady by the name of Laila (I believe that's how her name is spelled). She was was great in helping me choose a pair of jeans when initially started to gain a baby bump. Later I returned to buy some maternity under garments, and she was not only super helpful but really informative. As this is my first time, I really appreciated her suggestions. What's super lovely about her is that she remembered me and husband as a customer. Like that is amazing considering how many people they must meet. It really made us feel special. The other day we walked in and she was done her shift and on her way out, but still stopped to say hi and offer help. I was shocked, because most people would be like but I'm done so someone else will help. I think the fact that she also remembers that I had severe morning sickness and always asks how I'm feeling is also really sweet. I write this because I find the prices in the store be a bit too expensive, but the customer service is just so awesome. Even the other ladies have also been really helpful. The other day a girl named Abby helped us and she was nice too.
