Top Medical Transportation

I've used Top Medical Transportation two times now to bring my uncle home from the hospital and they were excellent both times.

The first time I scheduled their service for the next day, they arrived earlier than their scheduled time and promptly brought home my uncle without any issues. They even did a courtesy call to let me know the transport van had departed and was heading for the hospital (it was very reassuring because when you schedule these kinds of trips in advance, you wonder what is happening). He could not move on his own at at all so they carried him on a stretcher. The staff wore masks and gloves and were taking Covid precautions. The staff was also very polite and professional to the rest of the family members in the household when they brought my uncle in and saw us.

The second time I called them, it was around noon and I requested if they could send a transport van as soon as possible to the hospital to pick up my uncle. They were able to accommodate this last minute request despite a busy, packed schedule. While they originally told me the soonest they could reach there was around 3:30 or 4pm, they actually arrived at 2:15pm, which only made my uncle happy as he was ready to go home after being medically cleared. They were quick and efficient and able to find my uncle at the hospital without any trouble or wasting time and brought him straight home quickly both times.

The procedure to book to transport van was also very easy and straightforward with the agent on the phone.
