They had an EXCELLENT! Marketing strategy, and they were always pushing for the HIGHEST sale price and sold for $$$40% higher than other agents quoted me :)

It was our first home purchase and our Agent was great at explaining the process and negotiating the best price for us. We walked away with the home that we wanted and a $7,500 cheque.
