I came across Notary Pro website who put me in contact with Jennifer Greenway (Hamilton).
She assisted me in by letting me know that I did not need a notarized copy, but a Notarial Certificate of True Copy.
Jennifer was able to provide this in an extremely timely manner and answer all other questions, setting my mind at complete ease.
The cost was better than I thought, as well.
With this documentation, I was able to get done what I needed to do, with no further hassles.
I HIGHLY recommend this service and I HIGHLY recommend Jennifer Greenway if you are in the Hamilton area.
