(October 6, 2021, 3:56 pm)Salesperson was very helpful. Pillow suggestions etc etc. It wasn't really a hard sell as we knew what we were looking for. Delivery was quick and easy to some extent; arrangement with the condo management had to be aligned for the delivery window. Only issue I have with delivery is if I couldn't match up the delivery time between elevator booking and Sleep Country delivery time. To specify an exact delivery time with SC ... they want addition $50.

(November 2, 2020, 6:25 pm)I was referred to this location by a friend and was told to speak with an associate named Goran. I was looking to buy a new mattress and some pillows for my parents. The entire sales process was very smooth and quick. Goran gave solid product recommendations and helped ensure that everything was well within my budget. There was no high pressure sales tactics and he was very fair and flexible when it came to negotiating the deal. Overall it was great experience.
