I'm extremely grateful that one of my friends recommended me to Jason Li as my physiotherapist/massage therapist from “The Spot”. Being a Chef plus being active at the gym, it's important to maintain my health and being injury-free. I've been going to The Spot for about 2 years (approx. 20 sessions) to keep my body/ health/ performance in check.

I went to Jason with the following issues:
    1. Tendinitis/ Shoulder and rotator cuff damage from a sports-related injury (which restricted my range of movement, I couldn’t move my arm in full rotation without any pain/pinch in my shoulder)
    2. A surgery on my leg which left the surgical site with lots of scar tissue. Performance on my leg wasn’t bad, but any endurance related activity such as running would cause fatigue and a weird sensation.

Jason was very knowledgeable at pointing out and evaluating the issues. Jason provided the right approach in incremental rehabilitation exercise, massage therapy, and sports-related movement with kettle-bells/ resistance bands/weights/ regular body-weight movement/ stretches to help regain full range of movement and strengthen the site of injury. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to Jason. The new knowledge he has provided to warming up/exercise/maintaining posture has given me a new approach to balancing my fitness regime to maximize performance.

The hospitality and service Jason has provided was impeccable. I would highly recommend Jason as your physiotherapist if you’re ever looking for one. A master at his craft, who is passionate about what he does and for his patients. I’m excited to see what the team at “The Spot” has in store for the community!

    Thanks Again.
    Jerry

Very happy to see this new clinic come into fruition, the folks here at The Spot Rehab have all been very nice and the clinic is definitely modern and feels very welcoming. Jason has looked after a lot of my sports therapy injuries that I got from competitive Dragon Boat and pains from working in an office environment! Keep up the great work!

Jason has been able to pinpoint and solve chronic problems with my back and posture that I didn’t know were solvable. Sticking to the prescribed stretching and exercises on top of his sessions, I have noticed massive everyday improvements. Have never felt better and everything is always explained comprehensively - he feeds your mind as well as helps your body. He enables you to stand up on your own feet rather than depend on him for continued therapy. I am sure he will continue to win lifelong clients with his level of care.

I don't usually write reviews but the service and support I received from my therapist Jason Li was AMAZING!
I had a bad sports injury and I didn't know how it will turn out but Jason helped me through everything.
He's very knowledgeable and super friendly, I always feel at home during my sessions.
The new location is very spacious, clean and well worth the travel there.

I have been to other therapist but they are usually hired by the store so they don't really care but Jason treats his customers like family.

I would highly recommend anyone with injuries, aches and pains to visit Jason.

You deserve 5***** stars for sure bud!

    Thanks for everything Jason!

As a professional dancer/instructor, you'd think I would know how to keep my body safe and injury free. I can definitely say that is not the case! Or, at least wasn't. I've been to countless people and places for acute and chronic injuries due to my passion and profession, but none that I've trusted as much as Jason the Sports Therapist from The Spot. Best part is he can explain what my issues are in a way that I can understand! Oh, and super useful exercises and stretches for after-care rehab (I hate homework but I know it's good for me....). Friendly, professional, genuinely cares about me and my wellbeing. The Spot and their people are awesome.
