Really friendly service and they were knowledgeable on the phone. Service was fast and they were able to help me find a part I needed to get my AC working again. Not sure why other stores won’t sell to the public when it is a simple part!

After unsuccessfully trying 2 other electrical supply stores I was directed to Benn Air Temp Supplies in Newmarket. Not only did they have the relay I was looking for they had a very good price they had extensive knowledge of the part. One of the other shops even suggested I buy online from Amazon(much higher price too)! Really??? My new "Go-To" shop for HVAC parts and supplies. Thanks.

Warren and Michelle are great people. They have been doing this forever. Friendly and Knowledgeable. I use them any time I'm in the Newmarket area.

I had called Benn Air with a heating emergency and Warren and his company exceeded my expectations. All the big wholesalers I deal with couldn’t help me with the problem I had going on. We had a broken wire on a boiler we were servicing and the boiler wouldn’t fire without this special part. Benn Air was able to find me a solution with the correct parts and was very fair on pricing. We got the heat back on a short time later and the customer was very happy. Thanks Benn Air for coming through for us. We look forward to using you guys again!
