It wasn't too busy, but the employees there are very friendly. Smooth transaction, all my questions were answered and I left happy. Probably the best Hot Topic location in terms of customer service.

Always a pleasure shopping at this location! The staff is so helpful and upbeat :) I never miss stopping in for something each mall visit. The selection is fantastic and great deals always going on.
