I had an amazing experience dealing with Adam, the manager from this store. My brother had bought me a bracelet as a gift and I was devastated when it had fallen off. I went in to the store and he helped find me the exact same one, he fit it to my wrist so it wouldn't fall off again, and he sent off a safety chain to be dipped in rose gold to match. WOW! I was so impressed with his level of customer service and how he made my concerns feel valid yet found a solution for me. I felt a million times better after I left plus he helped me find a matching pair of earrings that I wear everyday. Thank you so much Adam!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy a ring for my daughter and when I came into Michael Hill they were more then happy to assist me in getting a ring within my budget. I was pretty specific in what I wanted and the employee I was working with got it perfect. The ring was within my budget but then she went and got it a little better in price. I was so happy with this and I was happy I chose this store.

My fiance and I stopped here the first time we went ring shopping. Adam could not have been more helpful. He encouraged us to try other places, and gave us so much good information for jewelry shopping in general. I told him what I thought I wanted, and he showed me that but also made other suggestions based on what he thought I might be interested in. I ended up going with something that he picked and I couldn't love it any more. The entire staff is so so so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and top to bottom, we were very happy with our experience.
