In this difficult time I feel so frustrating.
But one thing I feel so warm because CIBC staff provide warm and professional services.
Yesterday I went the branch to get new business debit card. It was 3:45pm. All staff get intense work in whole day. I thought that I might come again. But Mr Bryan Zhang processed it and I have gotten new card before closing.
I am appreciate his professional services and warm manner.
