The customer service is excellent and rates competitive if not the best out there. Freight Fox will always work with you to find the best option and provide peace of mind by being on top of things and making sure you are in the loop. Should any issues arise they go above and beyond to correct it quickly.
Thanks to them I feel more confident in not having to micro manage shipments.
