The employee there during my visit on the 19th of februrary was very accomodating. We did a last minute booking for dog self wash. My dog gets veey playful and vocal and distracted. He advised us what is the best slow period where we would have access to the self wash alone.

Store is very clean and organized.

Nice little pet store. The staff is always friendly and happy to help you out. They always provide good recommendations and great options on products. The prices are comparable to other pet stores, the sales are always nice

New convenient location on Bathurst and Rutherford. Very clean store, kind and friendly staff. They have more selection than other stores in the area. We got some treats for our fur baby yesterday.

This location just opened up which is very convenient for me. The store is really beautiful, very clean, very well-organized, and they have a LOT of stuff. I have a very finicky cat, and this location was probably the best experience I've ever had. "Erin" was very thorough, and helped me understand what the problem could be, and made excellent suggestions. A great experience. I recommend this location.

Wonderful clean store with a very helpful staff. They went out of their way to get what I wanted.
