I chose this insurance because their excess was by far the lowest, and they were straightforward in other conditions. I wasn't sure how they would actually go in a claim though.
I got their third party property policy, and then had to make a claim for a small accident. I contacted them & let them know the other party's details, and sat back & waited.
They completed the repair for the other party without any hiccup. They charged the $500 excess, and that was it.
I honestly thought there'd be far more problems with it, having to fill forms & give explanations or police reports, but there was no fuss.

However my experience with Real wasn't shiny all round. Later, when I was renewing the policy, the service person I was speaking with was so rude & impatient I was getting irritated. She kept asking her how much i wanted to insure the car for, and I kept saying it was a third party property insurance. When I finally asked her to stop being condescending & help me with the claim, she realized I didn't want to insure the car for theft. Id give Real 5 stars if they monitored their staff better

As my husband and myself are retired. we do not drive enough kilometers to use an insurance that doesn''t consider the amount you drive. We have made significant savings with Real. The setting up process was very professional and the customer service was excellent.

not sure how long I've been with shop Insurance for but I'm very happy with the service I've received from them so far.

They are financially stable and have no outstanding complaints against them. They also explained how to file a claim and what the process is. They put me through the process of buying insurance so I don’t end up paying too much for home insurance without knowing I am doing so.

They can also give you an offer for the minimum quote for insurance. They can also allow you to strike the best bargain and save your money when you need a free car insurance quote.
