  Best bike shop with best customer service.
  I got my new cervelo bike from them with all the needed equipmentS.
  They even help me to fit in and delivered it to my front door at 10 pm the same day.
  I recommend this shop to everyone .

  This shop ordered new parts, tuned my entire bike, and stocked me with accessories that will keep me riding joyfully for months! I've always enjoyed tuning my own bike, but the owners at this shop made it so easy that from now on I'll be leaving bike maintenance to the professionals. Kayla and Brian, thank you both for creatively problem-solving how best to get my bike rideable for the cheapest price in the shortest amount of time.

  After getting the best deal in Toronto on a TACX FLUX Trainer, I asked Kayla to put some air into my bike tires. Kayla ended up adjusting my brakes; fixed my derailleur handle (it was bent); and aligned my derailleur. Kayla did such a great job that I left my Cervelo there for a full tune-up.

  First visit to TheVeloLove and I needed a tune up with a very long and specific list of requirements. Everything was done as per my request. The bike has never been better. Great customer service.

  I agree with all the positive reviews. Had my bike serviced there and Kayla exceeded my expectations. Easy to approach and not pushy. Let’s just say had my bike serviced elsewhere before, at another RH bike store, and it was a were horrible experience. This is the place to go for all your servicing needs. Recently, emailed Kayla and her response time was unbelievable with good honest advice.
