  As soon as we found our son may have come in contact with lice, after receiving a letter from the school, we called here first. The owner was already home for the day. However, she made a special trip to see us. She checked both my sons. Only one had the eggs. She applied the treatment and spent time to make sure everything was done properly. She never tried upselling anything. She is honest, courteous and passionate about the kids and gives you a very reasonable price and follow up after a few days to make sure everything is okay and there's nothing left!
  Also, she is using all natural products. No chemicals. Great, clean atmosphere too.

  This is the best salon for dealing with lice. Rachel and Jeanette are so sweet and accommodating. They work diligently, and are so helpful in making the experience a positive one. I can’t say enough good things about the service. Thank you team Bugg’n Out!

  I had such a positive experience with Bugg'n Out. I called Saturday morning before they even opened and Jeanette answered promptly and came in within 30 mins of my call about my daughter....that's amazing service since they weren't even open yet! The service, treatment and atmosphere was very welcoming and positive. Jeanette was extremely knowledge and I would highly recommend the company. My daughter was occupied with the IPADS they provide so that kept her entertained while she had to sit in the chair for over an hour...and that's an added bonus for kids! The place was very clean and I liked being able to see what Jeanette was doing step by step. If you have lice, you definitely need to come to Bugg'n Out for treatment!

  I cannot say enough good things about Rachel and her professionalism regarding this ICKY subject. She was fast, efficient, knowledgable and kind. Absolutely worth every nickel (we can’t use pennies anymore). i highly recommend. Be wary of companies who use knock-offs and inferior products! If this review doesn’t help you decide who you need to call, please call her!
