Went in to buy my girlfriend an anniversary present but had no idea what I wanted to get. The salesperson, Jennifer, I think her name is, was really helpful and patient. Her customer service was very genuine and authentic. I definitely will come back next time I need to purchase a gift.

I'm in the store now as I write this review! The level of amazing customer service given is beyond my expectations. Leena brought me pieces I would've never thought to try on and I fell in love with them. Thank you Leena! I'll definitely be back again.

Their customer service is absolutely brilliant. One of the associates helped me find the perfect dress for the event I was going to and even made suggestions on what kind of shoes/hairstyle would look good. Unfortunately before my event I noticed a small tear at the seam on the side of the dress, it wasn't too big, but still noticeable when the dress was stretched... so I took it back to the location and they offered either an exchange, full refund, or a damage discount. Which I have to say was incredibly refreshing and accommodating. I decided to keep the dress and will absolutely continue to shop at dynamite because of how well they accept responsibility for quality assurance.
