Never-Never Land Indoor Playground

As someone who works at Never Never Land, I can honestly say that it is an amazing work environment (comparing to my pass jobs) . I love coming in and not feel like I am actually working for how much fun I have throughout the weekend. Of course, this may reflect to the guests attending a party as well.

Just had my son's 6th Birthday here, and all I can say is AMAZING! Sara from the beginning goes over and beyond to make sure you have the most amazing perfect party here!! The staff is SUPER friendly and so helpful in making sure your party is a success! The venue is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming from the minute you walk in!! I highly recommend Never Never Land for your children's party!

I had my daughters first birthday here and it was overall a decent experience. They helped with set up, cut and served birthday cake, and helped clean the room which was great. My only problem was they rush you out of the room early as they flip the rooms very quick and the staff is very stressed trying to accommodate 2 parties at once and getting rooms prepared between parties. I booked a 2 hour time slot and my guests and I started wrapping up 15 mins before the party was over and the staff was telling me I would be charged $75 if I went even a minute over the time as the next party was standing in the hall ready for the room. You’d think they would give you a 5 minute or so grace period - in my opinion they should give themselves more time between parties so they aren’t so rushed. The whole experienced seemed very rushed and it felt like I was bothering the staff every time I had a question. Overall it’s not bad for the price but I probably wouldn’t book a party there again.

I had my sons bday party there over the weekend and paid extra for additional two hours. The customer service was exceptional especially Sara the owner. They accommodated my family's needs and mine and made my son's bday party hassle free. Its a clean place. I have had parties there before and my family books there every year for our children's parties. I highly recommend this place because I feel confident of the excellent service you will receive! Thank you Sarah. I will be booking again! Thank you for always going above and beyond for us!

It only allows 5 stars they deserve 10 stars. Best party place ever. My child and party goers had a blast. Affordable price and friendly staff I will be recommending this playground and will be having future parties here for sure.
