This place has a huge selection of glasses for every age and every brand you can think of.
Very helpful people especially a women called Sim there. She went out of her way to make me feel special and very good prices were offered.

Gigi is awesome!! She was more than helpful in assisting my boyfriend and I when we came in to look at glasses. She validated a special offer and added in a few extra little perks which left us feeling like VIPs! Won't be going anywhere else for my eyewear needs.

I first visited the Vaughan location a few months ago when they had first opened and was greeted at the door by Sim. The whole visit she was very friendly and tried to find not only me, but my whole family the best pair of glasses to fit our faces and our budget. She is great at her job and we were very satisfied with our visit. I then came to the store again this week with a friend that needed glasses and Sim recognized me when I entered the store. She was just as, if not better, than I remembered and she quickly found frames and sunglasses that perfectly suited my friend's needs and gave us another fantastic deal. I will continue recommending others to this location and to specifically ask for Sim! She is incredibly kind, confident, and intelligent. I'd give Sim a 6 out of 5 star rating if I could!

It was my first ever visit at this location and Sim was very friendly and knowledgeable of the type of frames that best suited me. She was very patient with me while I was deciding which frames to purchase and offered me beverages in-between my eye exam. Sim had great hospitality and never pressured me during my visit. I felt after choosing my frames that I got the best deal and service compared to all the past optical stores I've been to.

I highly recommend asking for Sim when visiting the Vaughan location. I felt that she genuinely cared! #AskforSim
