My sauna renovation is now complete and it looks great. I bought a complete kit from Saunafin and it arrived in good shape on a sturdy pallet. The kit included all the cedar (which is beautiful top quality and clear), the controls, a new heater and I even splurged on a nice water bucket and wall thermometer. The glass window door really sets it off nicely. The kit was customized to accommodate the dimensions of our existing sauna and Saunafin provided exactly the right amount of wood... By carefully cutting and avoiding waste, I ended up with more than enough to complete the project. (Of course everything had to be final cut to fit but I ended up a nice stack of sweet smelling kindling! :-)) I highly recommend Saunafin. Their staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

And I was not disappointed when we decided to order ourselves. People from Saunafin made the whole process a breeze end-to-end from providing all required details on their website to help decide what sauna and heater model to order. Then we had a call to confirm order details and the next steps were explained in many details again so know what to expect both in terms of delivery process and timeline. The sauna kit was delivered on time, unloaded without any issues. Everything was in order and of high quality. But the service did not end at that point. Electrical safety inspector who reviewed wiring for the sauna had additional questions and Mike from Saunafin went above and beyond reaching out to engineering department of the heater manufacturer to get required information. Overall it was the best possible experience and I will be recommending Saunafin without any hesitation.

A few weeks later the kit arrived with everything I needed to build my sauna. The quality of the cedar planks is amazing with no knots and the different colors of wood give the sauna a luxurious feel. Would definitely order from them again.
