We booked an appointment with Daniel who was both very knowledgeable and honest. He ensured the place was very clean and went above and beyond in making recommendations and allowing us to make a decision. We ended up with the Pro Maestro which came quickly and has been absolutely amazing. 100% recommend!

I've had the pro maestro about 1 month ago now. It took 4 weeks to deliver but it was brought in and assembled. The assembly team explained how to use it and test it out before I signed off on it.

Daniel who sold it to me was very knowledgeable and low pressure sales despite it being an appointment based visit.

I went to a few different outlets to find a massage chair, and finally ended up at Titan Chair. Daniel, one of the Titan Reps, gave me great product information and compared the differences between the chairs that were on my radar. He was attentive, informative and very honest in his approach. In the end, I felt I have made a great purchase at a very reasonable price ,and needless to say, the chair is very relaxing (My wife and I use it at least once a day).
