I recently purchased a new vehicle and traded in my old vehicle at Maple Acura. I had a great experience from the start. My call was answered right away and I was given a prompt appointment to come in. I worked with Anthony [sales consultant] who was great! Everything started right on time with my test drive. All of my questions were patiently and professionally answered. The evaluation of my trade-in went quickly, smoothly and was fair. I had some additional questions after my purchase: all of my inquiries [email and phone] were answered promptly and once again professionally. As well, the set-up at the dealership is very nice and efficient. Overall, a great experience!

Visited Maple Acura service department and met with an individual named Shan Merrinage. He was courteous, customer oriented and professional. He was amazing to deal with. Didn’t upsell me things I didn’t need. In fact he told me what was required immediately for the vehicle and advised me of other recommendations that were not required right away and told me I can worry about that stuff on the next service. Definitely will be dealing with Shan in the future for my service needs. If you need someone trust worthy go see this guy. He won’t disappoint.
