I can't say enough good things about this place, if you're looking into getting started with yoga or a regular practitioner this is the place to be.

This space is so welcoming and judgement- free, you instantly feel welcome and at home. I love that they have rules in place ( silence in practice room, no cell phones, scent free, no late admissions) , this adds to the whole experience. The studio is always clean, the instructors are ALL very pleasant, classes are great. I love the fact that classes are offered from very early to very late. I know this is not a "cheap" studio, but with everything that it offers, it is worth it!

(January 16, 2019, 7:16 pm)This was my first trip to MYM. I must say that I felt immediately at home. I received a warm and inviting greeting as if I'd been practicing there for years. The facility was clean, beautiful and very well, warm. And I love having the "wall of natural light" spilling into the room.

Since then, I've been back a handful of times, trying out various practices lead by various teachers (including some subs) and each one is dreamy and unique and challenge in and of themselves. Great variety. Open, clean, friendly space. Highly recommend.
