All the trainers are very knowledgeable and professional. Special thanks to Coach Mitch and Christina. You guys rock! I also want to thank Coach Nara. She is very kind and really cares about your wellbeing. Jen at the front is also great, and manager Ryan is fantastic at fixing app related issues.

I did encounter a very negative experience with manager Shelly where I don’t think she took the time to hear my situation and was either intentionally or unintentionally putting words in my mouth so that she can finish the conversation quickly.
But I still give the gum five stars, and that just shows you how much I love this place.
