Red Bean Waffle House Thornhill

I wasn't thrilled with it but my wife and roommate are Koreans and they love the place. They said it's pretty close to what they get back home

The red bean filled waffles are shaped and embossed like fish. The filling is good and the waffle is a smaller than my hand with a soft bite. Personally, I prefer the larger red bean waffles at Galleria. The waffle is a oiler but is crunchier (especially if I reheat it in my oven) and I prefer the crisp bite. I visited in February 2019 so will check out the waffle ice cream cone in summer. Nice folks here at Red Bean Waffle House so give it a try.

My favourite Korean dessert place. Have been coming here for several years and I’m always happy with the food and friendly service. Their red bean fish waffles and hotteok are yummy and I enjoy their savoury dishes as well. Prices have gone up after the renovation but it’s still worth it and I still go every other week.

You'll smell this bakery as soon as you step out of your car! The red bean fish is served cold if you want to get the ice cream and I definitely recommend the black sesame, ginger, and coconut flavour. The ginger flavour is very strong and much more potent than any grocery store brands I've tried in the past.

Prepare to share bc the portion is massive and melted before I got a chance to finish it. Enjoy~~

Such a cute little spot. Huge portions for the price. Definitely worth a try. The red bean ice cream is my favourite from here.
