Steeles-Yonge Animal Hospital

I highly recommend this animal hospital. Dr. Kim is very patient, kind and very informative when it comes to our concern with our pet. They're very responsive to calls and very helpful. Prices are reasonable and he is indeed a one of the best vet that we knew so far! ???

Dr. Kim regularly treats my and my mom's total of 5 pets - a now ancient outdoor cat whose lives :) he's saved on more than one occasion, and four poodles of various sizes. None of us have anything to complain about. He's kind, professional, accessible, accommodating, thorough, and follows up on his patients' healing progress. I totally trust him with my kids ... errr ... pets :)).

I'm very happy with my experience, reception is very friendly and was happy to answer all my questions over email prior to me booking an appointment for my 2 month old chihuahua.
We went during the Covid, and everything looked very clean, they weren't busy as a lot of places arent during this pandemic.
We booked appointment same day, and they took my pup in, made her feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions about my new pup
They are very reasonably priced, and I'm happy I chose this clinic for my pet.

We had an emergency, and rushed our dog in. The experience we had at Steeles-Yonge Animal Hospital was fantastic (reasonable rates, didn't have to wait long). Dr. Kim was our vet, and was really excellent (knowledgeable, empathetic), and worked very hard to put us and our pet at ease. The staff were also great!

We recently got our 80 lb dog neutered at Steeles-Yonge Animal Hospital. I had no prior experience with them before my dog's surgery. We only selected the location because they sounded really professional and caring on the phone and fee was reasonable. The professional and caring nature has continued through my interactions thus far. They were very informative during the pre-surgical consult and also during the day of the surgery. Post surgery I had a few questions about how my dog was recovering and they promptly answered my phone calls and emails with a very detailed responses. Most other vets would have asked me to bring my pet in and charged me for a consult. Dr. Kim personally answered my email even on a long weekend.
We really appreciated the professional and attentive service and we have received and have decided that we will be bringing our dog to Dr. Kim from now on.
